Executive Chef Chris Mitchum, known to many as “Chef Mitch”, has over 35 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. His passion is to create food and wine experiences that make guests happy.  Mitch is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, and also holds a sommelier certificate from the Court of Sommeliers. With nearly four decades of experience in all areas of chef services and hospitality, Mitch has curated exceptional dining experiences for discerning clientele worldwide.

We provide customized menus for your private chef dinner experience, to make all your guests happy and meet any dietary restrictions. Wine pairings are optional.
